RESOURCES FOR CURRENT FULBRIGHTERS

Page location: http://us.fulbrightonline.org/resources_current.html

For Grantees!

Welcome to the world of Fulbright! This section provides information for new grantees, as well as for grantees who are currently abroad. We hope that you will visit it first whenever you have questions about the program. We welcome your feedback on information that you would like to see posted or on other aspects of this section.

NOTE: All grantees should make sure that IIE has their most recent e-mail and permanent mailing addresses. Much of our correspondence from the time you receive notice that you are selected until you return to the U.S. following your grant will be done via e-mail.

Medical Concerns:  In addition to general information on medical concerns provided in the Orientation Handbook below, we recommend that you educate yourself about the issues surrounding the H1N1 flu and other flu viruses.  The website Center for Disease Control contains specific information, see link below.  You may wish to share this information with your family and/or physician and discuss actions that you may wish to take.  In addition, the State Department provides timely information on these and other health issues abroad on its website.
